What this policy covers
This privacy policy describes how Drop Bear Golf Pty Ltd collects, uses and stores information in connection with the PutterForce iOS application.
Data collected
What PutterForce collects
- Registration code validation — when you enter a Putter.One registration code, it is sent to our server to confirm it is valid and has not been used. The code and your device identifier are recorded server-side. No personal information is required or collected.
- Purchase receipts — in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Drop Bear Golf does not receive, store or process payment data of any kind.
- Session statistics — putts made, distances, green speed settings, tempo results, and session history are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to Drop Bear Golf or any third party.
- Community signup — if you choose to join the Drop Bear Golf mailing list from within the app, your name and email address are submitted to our mailing list system. This is entirely optional.
What we do not collect
Data PutterForce does not access
- Location data — PutterForce does not request or access your location at any time.
- Camera or microphone data — camera access is used only for on-device AR scanning. No images or video are stored or transmitted.
- Contacts, health data, or any other personal information stored on your device.
- Third-party analytics or advertising SDKs — PutterForce contains no advertising networks, analytics platforms, or tracking frameworks of any kind.
Data storage
Where your data lives
All session data, preferences, and app state are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults and CoreData. Drop Bear Golf does not maintain a user account or profile for PutterForce users.
The only data held on Drop Bear Golf servers is: redemption code used/unused status and the device identifier submitted at the time of redemption. This is used solely to prevent a single code from being used on multiple devices.
Mailing list data (if you opted in) is held in our mailing list system and is subject to standard unsubscribe rights. You may request removal at any time by contacting us.
Data requests
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by Drop Bear Golf in connection with PutterForce. To make a request, contact us at privacy@putterforce.com. We will respond within 30 days.

This policy is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Drop Bear Golf Pty Ltd is registered in Australia.
